1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed
- Cut-to-order fabric products require additional preparation time due to cutting and quality inspection
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays
If there is any significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

We currently ship internationally, including but not limited to:
- United Kingdom
- European Union
- Australia & New Zealand
- North America
- Japan & Singapore
Please note that delivery availability may vary depending on local regulations and logistics conditions.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:
- United Kingdom & EU: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- North America: 7–14 business days
- Japan & Singapore: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or force majeure events.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method
- Any promotional or free-shipping offers will be clearly stated at checkout
5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
For international orders:
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, and other local charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information before placing an order
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance procedures.
6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
- Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch
7. Delivery Issues & Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address
- We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs may apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product (if applicable)
We will assess the issue and assist you in accordance with our policies.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
