  • Fabric products are sold by length and are cut to order based on the customer’s selected measurements

  • Once cut, fabric products are considered customised items

3.2 Colour, Texture & Natural Characteristics

  • Product images are provided for reference only

  • Actual colours may vary due to lighting conditions, photography, screen display differences, and individual device settings

  • For handcrafted, silk, or botanical-dyed products, natural variations in colour, texture, or pattern are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout

  • Prices are exclusive of customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or any other local charges, unless explicitly stated

  • We do not collect VAT or import duties at checkout

  • Any such charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; however, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout.
